On the 25th and 26th of September we were invited to present our work in the 4th Eastern Partnership E-infrastructures Conference, EaPEC 2019 (https://www.eapconference.org/eapec-2019), which was held in the Matenadaran Museum of ancient manuscripts in Yerevan, Armenia. EMOTIVE was a fitting project to help the conference explore its theme, ‘Connecting with Culture’. The EMOTIVE talk focused on mobile digital storytelling as a powerful tool to promote visitor engagement and reflection, fostering a deeper connection with cultural heritage. It presented the range of design approaches developed within EMOTIVE project, discussing how these were shaped by the need to create stable solutions even in the presence of an unstable or non-existent network.
It was an exciting experience to present and discuss the EMOTIVE research and results in a country with such a rich cultural history and we thank the EaPEC Conference for the invitation.
